Are you insured/bonded?
Yes we are insured and bondable as are all Subcontractors.Do you clean after-hours / keys & alarms?
Yes, we mainly clean after-hours. If you're able to provide keys and alarm codes, we will make sure to secure the building once the job is complete.Do you supply consumables (TP/paper towel/soap)?
No we do not. Consumable like toilet paper, papertowel and soap are the clients responsability.How is pricing decided? (size, frequency, pain points)
We calculate pricing by square footage, frequency and needed cleans.What if something gets missed? (fix window / quality check)I would like it brought to my attention so that way we can document it and correct it on our next visit.
